Kathmandu Dream Homes was founded in 2026 with a simple aim: to build and renovate homes in Adelaide with care, clarity and craftsmanship.
The name reflects our founder's heritage and the quiet ambition of creating spaces where people feel truly at home. What began as a personal love for property back in 2014 — learning the craft, walking Melbourne laneways, studying what makes a house feel like home — has grown into a humble studio now rooted in Adelaide's wonderful suburbs.
That journey, from Melbourne to Adelaide, taught us that the best homes are built with patience and integrity. We keep our focus narrow so every project receives the attention it deserves: quality over quantity, always. We never compromise on how a home is built, and we believe in promising carefully then delivering more than expected.
